We stand behind our work. This policy explains our money back guarantee and how refunds are handled.

Our money back guarantee

If we are unable to pass your challenge or verification within your prop firm's rules, you are entitled to one of the following, at your choice:

A free retry on a new challenge of the same size, or
A full refund of the service fee you paid to Funded Rush.

What's covered

Failure to reach the profit target within the firm's rules.
A breach caused by our trading (e.g. exceeding a drawdown limit on our part).

What's not covered

Incorrect or incomplete account details provided by the client.
Action taken by the prop firm for reasons unrelated to our trading (e.g. the firm changing its own rules, or account issues that existed before we began).
Requests to cancel after the work has already been completed successfully.

How to request a refund

Email info@fundedrush.com or message us on WhatsApp/Telegram with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
